We hope you don't have to cancel,
but if it happens: For a deposit refund, less $100 fee,
cancellation is required 90 days or more prior to arrival
date. For cancellations within the 90 days of arrival or
after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit
can be rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include
Hawaii State Taxes (currently 11.42%). If you should have any questions or concerns,

- Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival
for low season, and 90 days prior to arrival for high season.
Damage deposit of $400 is required within 10 days
of booking to confirm a reservation. Deposit will be
refunded within
15 business days upon departure, after inspection of
condo for damage to or loss of item.
