Our Hawaiian, Fairway Villas owner rental vacation condo in this new resort complex is surrounded by the lush greens and fairways of the world class Beach Golf Course of Waikoloa. As a guest of our Big Island condo, in this private, gated community, you will enjoy the use of our infinity edge pool with elevated rock spa overlooking the 9th hole and Kings’ Lake, fitness center, and poolside picnic and dining area with gas barbecues. Fabulous shopping and dining are a short lake-side stroll away at the Kings' Shops. If you feel like being pampered, visit either of the wonderful spas at neighboring Marriott or Hilton hotels.

Our stunning 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Resort Villa, offers a relaxing and elegant environment to fully enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. It’s profesionally decorated and provides many upgraded amenities including a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, DVD/ Theater surround sound, High speed/wireless Internet access, his/her set of golf clubs, and all beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, mats, ice chest, etc.). Our lanai overlooks the 1st hole green and 2nd hole tee box with the Kohala mountains as the backdrop.

About the Big Island of Hawaii:

The Kohala Coast / Kona side of the island, where our condo is located, has the sunniest weather, rarely sees rain, and is home to many of the pristine white sand beaches on the Big Island.
